Tribal Match is an issue.

27:55
Not able to use TTP Funds is also a barrier

28:03
Tribal Match is a problem.

34:12
To confirm, would a Road Safety Audit fall under category 4?

35:24
You are low in volume. Can you speak into the microphone please?

36:43
Yes, it is hard to hear clearly.

46:54
Is it possible to have this funding and other, State funding to produce a plan?

49:12
Can a tribe that received the 7500 previously but has not completed their safety plan apply for the $2500 difference?

49:28
Is this power point going to be available for download?

50:00
Manuel, Yes, you can bring state, Tribal, or other resources if you need more funding for your safety plan project. Also, you can start with a basic safety plan and identify additional studies (RSA, Systemic study, etc) that would help with future issues.

50:25
A recording will be posted on the TTPSF web page

51:18
Melissa, RSA are eligible under the data category

52:03
Yes you can apply for increasing an old safety plan award to the new limit

53:48
Ok, but I see that the RSA was for specific areas under data. We are planning to do an audit on all roadways on the reservation. Does that change anything? Thank you!

54:52
Is there a template for letters from owners?

55:47
Template letter in a future slide toward the end of the slides. I’ll consider posting a template on the web also.

56:31
Thank you about the templates

59:15
Ok thank you!

01:06:15
Lost sound for a second there

01:06:38
Can you hear me now?

01:06:47
Yes, thanks

01:11:56
Any tips on budgeting for a road audit?

01:12:22
You did state there will be examples of Tribal Safety plans on the site, correct?

01:14:16
Hello! If a Category 2 application has 2 HQ and 1 Q selection criteria, does the application still have a good chance of being funded?

01:14:27
Thank you Adam

01:15:48
Can the road projects include pedestrian and Bike safety improvements?

01:15:48
I consulted a couple engineering consulting firms to get estimates for RSA. Our range given was $100K-$180K.

01:15:56
Thanks Adam!

01:16:17
Thanks for the information!

01:20:18
Do we need to have an Strategic Transportation Safety Plan in order to apply for any infrastructure?

01:21:09
When can we find out if our project not funded, to make changes and submit for fy 2023?

01:26:06
Think this was asked before but didn't see an answer, but I would like to get a copy of this powerpoint. Thanks!

01:26:21
Is there a recommended cap on funding request $, to keep a project competitive?

01:51:26
Our safety plan is from July 2020. Am I understanding correctly that if we are going to apply for any infrastructure, we need to do it before this plan expires in July 2023?

01:52:55
I believe you mentioned at beginning of presentation that if we are resubmitting a revised application for the 2023 application period you would like us to acknowledge that , How would you like that done.

01:52:57
What is best email to request feedback on proposals?

01:53:20
Nevermind seeing it now thanks!

01:54:15
What does a safety plan generally cost? I am in Eastern Oregon.

01:54:52
5 years! Thanks!!!

01:55:09
If it was contracted out to a firm? Or are there other resources that help produce Safety Plans?

01:55:55
Thank you.

01:56:04
Thank you Adam

01:56:12
Am I understanding correctly that under the Infrastructure program, a Tribe could apply for engineering and design and construction in one application and separate component/phase costs, correct? Or are separate applications recommended?Thank you for the presentation.

01:57:24
If we applied prior year we do not need to resubmit an application?

01:59:18
Thank You!

01:59:32
Thanks

01:59:35
Thank you!

02:00:28
Thank you

02:00:33
Thank you

02:00:40
Adam, Sheri had a question

02:01:06
Hi how will we be notified if we received an FY22 award?

02:01:15
Via email or letter?

02:01:36
Thanks so much!

02:01:37
Did you answer Vivian's question? Is there a recommended cap on funding request $, to keep a project competitive?

02:03:36
What was the amount available for new applications (outside of 2022 overflow ones, etc.)?

02:04:16
Thank you for your presentation!
