I am asking FTA if there is a plan on centralizing the DBE Listing by Region? Secondly, is there a plan for SAM.gov to include DBE classification on their website?

I agree with prior comments, that a central clearinghouse for DBEs would be helpful for transit agencies to find DBEs. On the flip side, a common site for RFP announcements could help DBEs learn about opportunities.
